Well this is a very good idea. However online sales. We have to come up how to bring new sales. Since online they look most of the time for the price. and most of the time how to bring new visits to the website.

Hello Herman and Shuli,
I believe especially online “adding Value” IS the THE answer. Watch my video about Zappos, “A Book of Testimonials – Zappos Part 2 (6 of 9)” and you’ll have a better understanding of what I mean. Hope this helps. Deeper answers can be available in 1-on-1.
thanks

I sell on amazon, to add more value I send along with the package a chewing gum that has a “Thank you” wrapper and attach a note asking them to post a positive feedback, also if they have a complain they should contact me by email rather than sending a negative feedback. I get much more feedbacks as they are amazed of the idea that somebody is thankful to them, some even mention on the feedback “they even wrote me a personal note” or “they are so good to deal with”. I also saw a difference with people that did have a complaint on the product, that they are not just shooting a bad feedback, they are always willing to work together to clear the issue.
Thank you for your lessons, they are so true. I picked up so many good ideas. Do you have more ideas for online selling?
