Lou, I have to tell you I’m addicted to your shierem. You really helped me in a lot of places I needed help with. Things like 80-20 Rule, The Power of One, or my very favorite lecture, Deliver “Wow” Lou-Style.

I have to tell you Lou you saved my business! My business like a lot of businesses out there was on the shaky economy boat.
So one day last week I called all my employees in to the lunch room. I’m talking 63 workers, from the sales people to the warehouse workers. And made them listen to one of your shierem,
I can’t thank you enough! The people left the room with their heads held high, with lots of motivation and ideas on how to make the business a further for all of them.
