I have a list of thousands of customers with a lot of valuable information; I have their first and last name, address, home phone, business phone, cell phone, email, and then detailed information about their relation to us, I have it currently on excel, I am searching for a good software that should make the best use out of the date, if you can suggest something?

A program to do for instance; mailing (labels, envelopes), emailing, phone calls, ETC. I believe it should be out there something that can make all of the tasks that a customer data base should be used for, I knew of separate programs that can do one of the above things, like MS word mailings, But this is ok for a small list, since my list is so far bigger, so it takes too much time to do anything with the list, so my question is: when you talk about the importance of keeping up a customer data base it would be extremely helpful a good suggestion of software that can handle all of this thins.
P.S. I was about to hire a programmer that should make me something custom, But in your first seminar you scared me about it
so it would be very helpful for everyone to know if there is something for it.

did you try Act, Goldmine, SalesForce?
Also there are some online I think zoho?
Depends on what you are trying to do.
There are SO many ready programs out there, I think the better person to hire would be someone to help you find the right program out there, and then help you integrate with it.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for the suggestions, I didn’t know about them before, and I think that this is exactly what I was looking for.
And thanks a trillion for discussion it in your last seminar, I always knew that the secret is somewhere in that area, but I couldn’t figure what exactly and how do it, you seminar was so intellectual and informative, I feel like someone just handed me 10 million dolor for the price of 149 (I’m not working for snap ahead, it is just my personal feeling)
